At the moment my favourite fabric is A Walk in the Woods by Aneela Hoey for Moda Fabrics. I just bought a layer cake of it, my first layer cake ever!

ReplyDeleteooo thanks for posting girls. Lauren..I too love Aneela Hooey's cute fabrics. SMD...Spoonflower is amazing isn't it? I have bought 5 designs from there (maybe I should share?) and hope to buy more in the future. Let me know which ones you recommend.

ReplyDeleteSanta gave me a copy of Sweetwater's Book. I made the Pre-Kindy quilt based upon one of their designs. Lovely fabric colour neutrals.

can I enter without a favourite designer? I have bought fabric for a quilt once in my life so far, so you can guess I have no idea about designers and the such. I use fabrics I get from mum, granny, old bed covers ....

I love Tula Pink, Aneela Honey and Anna Maria Horner, but not necessarily in that order...it just depends on the mood I'm in at the time!
But I always love vinty linen...!

ReplyDeleteFavourite designer... Do I have to pick one??? If I had to pick one right this second I would say Valori Wells. But if you ask me tomorrow I'm sure I would give you the name of another incredibly talented designer. We really are spoilt for choice :)

ReplyDeleteSome of my most favourite fabric is Cath Kidston - I bought some whilst in the Uk and have recently made a bag using it. I've had so many likes for it! I also like Riley Blake fabrics - I have a few charm packs from him :-)
